Full-priced trust-based estate plans begin at $2,000 for an individual/separate property estate plan, and $3,000 for a married couple/joint estate plan. The December Discount reduces these prices by $500.

This December Discount is applied automatically to any new or existing client who signs up for eligible estate planning services as set forth above. Sign up shall not be complete until (1) an engagement agreement and/or conflict waiver is/are executed by the client and the Firm; and (2) the Firm receives any retainer fees due upon commencement of representation, if applicable.
